As you will see below, I pay for a professional video to be produced for every home I list for sale. My videos highlight your home’s best features, your lot, your neighborhood, and your surrounding area including shopping, entertainment, transportation, and highways.
Videos convey emotion which attracts more views and converts to more sales. I also pay for the professional photography and video to help your home standout from all of the others.
When it comes to buying your next home, speed is key. If you are not available to see a home on day 1 or day 2 of it being listed for sale, then I will go to the home and call you on FaceTime or Zoom or I will record a video, upload it to YouTube and send you a link to the video so you have a chance to buy it!
