Fishing is My Hobby
When I graduated from Illinois State University in 2005, my parents’ gift to me was a seven-day trip to Eagle Lake in Ontario for some of the best Musky and Pike fishing.
I went on this Canada fishing trip with my Dad and two brother-in-laws for six years and we stayed at Temple Bay Lodge. We experienced some incredible years of Walleye, Pike, and Musky Fishing.
I have been in search of catching a 50″ Musky, but I haven’t caught it yet. I caught this 48″ Musky that was in about 1 foot of water. I thought I hooked a rock, but then my line started moving, and this giant flew out of the water. I fought it for about 5 minutes as it kept taking out drag, my line got caught on a rivet on the boat, BUT we were able to capture this photo!
Meeting One of My Heroes...
I had the opportunity to meet one of my greatest inspirations, teachers, and authors in 2009, Dr. Wayne Dyer.
I went to a screening of Dr. Wayne Dyer's new movie, The Shift, and I was able to capture a photo with him.
