The Homeowner Association (HOA) Fees for single-family homes includes weekly grass cutting, snow removal (2" or more), seal coating your driveway every 3 years, mulch replacement every 3 years, and access to the clubhouse and community amenities.
For attached homes, the homeowner association fee includes all of the same things as single-family homes plus it also includes maintenance on the roof and the siding as well.
*While we work hard to keep the HOA fees current, each HOA can change their fees.
