By April of 2023 over 70 home buyers purchased their new homes making this one of the best selling communities in the entire Chicagoland area! The first home buyers moved into their new ranch homes in Lincoln Prairie in April of 2023.

Lincoln Prairie will have a total of 550 ranch single-family homes ranging from 1,500 sq. ft. to over 2,700 sq. ft. and from around $400,000 to $650,000. 55+ home buyers have three different series of ranch single-family homes with a total of 6 models and 10 different floor plans to choose from in Lincoln Prairie.

The Lincoln Prairie Homeowner Association (HOA) Fee includes lawn maintenance and snow removal for home buyer’s individual homes as well as the common areas. In addition, home buyers have access to the 17,000 sq. ft. Lincoln Club Amenity Center and all amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, club rooms, pickleball and tennis courts, bocce ball courts, walking trails, and more.
