Sun City Huntley is one of only a few 55+ Communities that does NOT include grass cutting and snow removal in the Homeowner Association (HOA) Fee. The community discounts the cost of the monthly HOA Fees and allows residents to take care of the landscaping on their own or hire one of the many landscaping companies to take care of the landscaping and snow removal. The homeowner association fee gives residents access to the amenity centers, pays for common area maintenance including maintaining the amenity centers, pools, fitness centers, tennis courts, bocce courts, etc.
